Who we are
This website is operated by LIBA Inc., operating under the LIBA SI brand at https://getliba.si. LIBA Inc. is responsible for information submitted through this website. LIBA Capital is a separate business; no LIBA Capital data or systems are connected to this website.
What we collect
When you submit the Request access form, we collect the information you enter: name, firm, role, work email, asset focus, typical deal size, a description of your most consequential decision, and an optional invitation code. Fields other than name, firm and work email are optional.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your request and to contact you about a possible private deployment. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database used by this website. They cannot be read through the public website and are reviewed by the LIBA SI team only. Our website hosting provider (Lovable, which serves the site through Cloudflare) and the database service used by Lovable Cloud process this data on our behalf.
Spam protection
To limit automated and repeated submissions, the form uses a hidden field, a minimum completion time and limits on how often requests can be sent.
Your browser
The site remembers your light or dark display preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not set advertising cookies.
Retention
No retention period is currently set, and submissions are not deleted automatically. [Management decision required: retention period and deletion process.]
