The opportunity
Real estate investment decisions involve large financial commitments, many participants and information scattered across spreadsheets, documents, meetings and operating systems. Traditional tools support individual activities. LIBA SI focuses on preserving the decision itself: what was known, what was assumed, who authorized it and what happened afterward.
The product
The Decision Record is the central product: one governed record per consequential decision, connecting evidence, financial assumptions, underwriting, model-assisted analysis, human approval, decision governance and outcome comparison. LIBA SI is available through private deployments; capabilities and integrations are configured and validated for each engagement, and additional acquisition intelligence workflows are under development.

LIBA SI is developing an enterprise software licensing business. The platform is designed for licensing to institutional real estate investment companies: organization-based deployments with configurable access, structured for potential recurring contractual revenue, with additional workflow and integration capabilities over time. Pricing is not finalized.
Differentiation strategy
LIBA SI aims to differentiate through persistent, governed Decision Records; provenance for evidence and assumptions; named human accountability; integration into institutional workflows; accumulated decision history; and comparison of original expectations with later outcomes. As an organization records more decisions and their subsequent outcomes, its decision history can provide additional context for evaluating future investments. Proprietary methods; patent pending.
